The Camilla Ultra Lightweight was designed by women, for women. The graceful lines are befitting of the way the stock fits female shooters. It features a shortened 13″ length of pull, slender forearm, a slimmer grip with a gentle palm swell, and a higher comb for optimal scope-eye alignment. The recoil pad is fitted with an ergonomic cant to nest into the way a woman’s shoulder is built. This rifle features a composite Monte Carlo stock with aluminum bedding blocks to provide long distance accuracy. Chambered in 6.5 Weatherby Rebated Precision Magnum, the Weatherby Mark V Camilla Ultra Lightweight is capable of ethically harvesting all North American big game animals. For hunters that weigh every ounce the Camillus Ultra Lightweight cuts the weight without cutting performance. The bolt and barrel are protected by a Cerakote finish to increase resistance to wear, corrosion, and chemicals while improving impact strength and hardness. To reduce weight and increase smoothness, the Camillus Ultra Lightweight bolt has been deeply fluted. For rapid chambering the bolt has a 54 degree throw. The threaded bolt handle has a skeletonized removable aluminum knob. Perceived recoil is further reduced by the Accubrake ST muzzle brake. 30 symmetrically-spaced ports redirect muzzle gases to help tame the recoil of high velocity loads. By combining a light weight composite Monte Carlo stock, an exceptional barrel system, an attractive Midnight Bronze Cerakote finish, the Weatherby Mark V Camilla Ultra Lightweight is one of the lightest rifles from Weatherby.
