Description
This is a vintage Beretta 1891 TS Carcano rifle chambered in 6.5x52mm. It features an 18-inch barrel, 6-round capacity, adjustable rear sight, bayonet lug, cleaning rod, sling, and blued finish. Overall, this Carcano is in good vintage condition with normal age related finish wear on the barrel, receiver, and stock. The bore is dark with strong rifling. Based on the date marked on the chamber, this rifle was manufactured in 1934. The serial number on the receiver matches the stock. The stock has two cartouches on the left side. Both sides of the stock have a crack below the serial number. The left side of the barrel is marked “Made in Italy” near the muzzle. This would be a good choice for military surplus collectors.
