If you want to run your AR rifle hard and fast but hate cleaning the bolt then you need a short stroke piston operated rifle. Shoot a few hundred rounds, wipe the bolt off and the bolt is finished. The Adams Arms P1 features a 16′ barrel with an A2 flash hider, M4 Handguard, a 6-position collapsible stock, and A2 pistol grip. Chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, with M4 feed ramps, the P1 also accepts .223 Remington ammunition. The 1:7 twist rate is optimized for heavier 62gr projectiles such as M855 green tip. If you don’t have a “piston gun” in your collection the P1 would make a great addition.
